MTN Unleashes Artificial Intelligence Chatbot for its mobile Money (MOMO) Service

MTN has finally roll-out the first artificial intelligence chatbot service on its mobile money (MOMO) platform. It was first divulged in Cote d’Ivoire in May 2019 and now, it will take off over MTN’s MoMo stage in the following couple of months.

The point of this AI chatbot is to get clients occupied with MTN Mobile Money administration without stress. This incorporates installments on different web based life stages, for example, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger and SMS.

MTN said the chatbot would likewise be incorporated into its own recently discharged texting administration, named “Ayoba”.

MTN said the chatbot would also be
included in its own newly-released instant messaging service, named “Ayoba”.
